We use reputable carriers such as UPS or Fedex Ground for all our shipments. We will email you a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that custom made-to-order items usually take longer to ship, and the processing time is noted on the product page. In particular, our Giclee paintings take 3-4 weeks to ship. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any question regarding the shipping of our order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receipts for a refund with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Please email customer support to request a RMA. Please note that the shipping cost is not refundable, and will be deducted from your invoice. Even though we offer free shipping, there is still a cost associated with shipping the items to you, and this cost, as documented by our carrier invoice, is not refundable. You will also be responsible for insuring and shipping the item back to our warehouse.
All returned my be doubled box - manufacturers' box inside a shipping box - and accompanied with a RMA #, copy of the receipt, a written explanation for the return.
All returns in brand new condition with unopened packaging within 7 days of receipt will be eligible for full refund minus shipping cost. Any returns with opened packaging will be subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee. Shipping cost is not refundable.
